Progressive prosecutors – who sought to reform the criminal justice system through methods like the elimination of cash bail, reduced incarceration and increased prosecutorial discretion – have come under fire, especially by Republican governors and lawmakers. Hear the perspective of three recent high-profile prosecutors – Chesa Boudin of San Francisco, Kim Foxx of Cook County and Wesley Bell of St. Louis – on successes, lessons learned, and the future of criminal justice reform.
