"Crunch Time: Voter Contact, Paid Media & Getting Out the Vote"

(Open to Current UChicago Students Only)

We're one week out - what are the campaigns doing RIGHT NOW to get out the vote? We are focusing on field organizing and paid media decisions campaigns make to persuade and juice turnout as much as possible. If you've ever wondered what the last two weeks of a big campaign look like, we'll take you inside the room. We discuss various aspects of GOTV and introduce terms like high and low-propensity voters, voter registration statistics in swing states, turnout projections, and how campaigns work in the final days of a campaign.

Registration is required. Fellows seminars are open to current UChicago students and are off the record. A Zoom link will be sent 60 minutes prior to the seminar start time.

If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact Ashley Jorn (ashleyjorn@uchicago.edu).

Capacity is limited for Pritzker Fellows seminars in order to allow for discussion. If necessary, attendance will be determined via lottery; however, all registered UChicago students will have the opportunity to observe seminars. Observers will be moved into the discussion as space allows. We encourage observers to sign up for office hours; Fellows will answer any questions you're unable to ask in seminars.

We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we adapt to our first quarter of virtual Pritzker Fellows seminars!
