Can individuals overcome barriers to effective communication by embracing common values? Join us for an insightful discussion as we delve deeper into this question in an additional conversation following Samar's second seminar, titled "Difficult Conversations in Difficult Times: Roadmaps Toward Better Discourse." In this follow-up session, Samar will further explore the future of bridge-building and diplomacy by focusing on essential skills for fostering constructive dialogue. Leveraging her extensive experience as the Founding President and CEO of Millions of Conversations, Samar will guide attendees through the intricacies of engaging in discussion with peers and colleagues amidst differing perspectives. Drawing from personal and professional insights, Samar aims to equip students with a diverse array of tools aimed at fostering peace, resolving conflicts, and empathetically listening to diverse communities.
